The 2nd International Creative Retreat for Post-Treatment Cancer Patients 

I am pleased, as the Founding President of International Psycho-Oncology Society, to announce IPOS sponsorship for the second international retreat for patients with cancer, to be held in Assisi, Italy next April 2002, in a convent in a pastoral atmosphere.  A multidisciplinary faculty, under the leadership of Dr. Paola Luzzatto, who directs the art therapy program at Memorial, and other faculty from Memorial and other countries, will lead a retreat for a small group of individuals who are interested in a week of meditation and use of other modalities to assist in coping with illness.

This program provides details on this exciting initiative.  Please give it serious consideration; if you are interested, apply early since the group will be no more than twenty in number.
